Service Description

Replace a ceiling-mounted bathroom fan with a new fan provided by the customer. Includes cutting the ceiling to fit slightly larger size if needed and connecting to existing duct and electrical. (Wall mount bathroom fan excluded). Rerouting ducting, new wiring, drywall or paint work is not part of this service. (bid rate) Labor only
